Parents,
We are in need of a few items for our classroom. If you see any of the following items on sale during the holiday break, we would truly appreciate anything you can donate!

We are in need of the following:

*Colored Pencils
*Glue Sticks

Here's what we're learning this week!

Math-Multiplying and dividing fractions
Reading- Determining main idea from an informational text
Writing- We will continue to research inventors for our informational writing.
Social Studies- How did technological and scientific developments affect people's lives in the late 1800's?
Science- What is matter and what are the properties of matter?

*Tour and Q & A at Daniell Middle School is this Tuesday, November 14th 6:00-8:00 in the Daniell Theater

*This week is the Book Fair!
Here's the blurb from the Sedalia Park Website:
It’s Book Fair time again in the Learning Commons! November 13 – 17, our Fall Book Fair will be open each day from 8:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Thursday evening, November 16^th, we will remain open until 6:00 p.m. Support our school and finish your holiday shopping early!

*Human Growth and Development is Wednesday and Thursday of this week! Only those students with a signed permission slip will be attending.
*Progress Reports will be distributed on Thursday, November 16th.
*Thanksgiving Holiday Break~November 20th-November 24th
*Performing Arts Field Trip to Lassiter High school is November 28th.

*Friday, December 1st- 4-H

*April 24th Splash! Celebration at JJ Daniell ~ Parent Night 6:00-8:00
